But I recommend you could try the following available Togas too in case you haven't :
1. Grapefruit 1.0 alpha 3- very fast search and speed by Vadim Dem (aka Thinkingalot)
2. Cyclone 2.1- by Norman Schmidt
Denis
Cyclone 2.2 is available.
Sorry Swami, I forgot. But there's not much difference as the update is just for polyglot book support.
And just to add too. I forgot to mention the strong Toga Checkov versions of Eelco de Groot and the publicly released version of LearningToga by William Mowery Jr. at TDDB before he made a vacation. It isn't that strong that's why there's not much news. But development is still alive at the moment.
Thanks.
Denis
Didn't hear anything about this publicly released LearningToga, can you provide a link please
Doc,
Actually, it's the first post in TDDB public forum last May, 30, 2008.
That version is quite old and has a bug. I'll ask Bill for a more reliable version for testing ( and for the world to know that there is a 'LearningToga' as he said in his post ).
Just give me a day or two. I'm sure he'll be delighted to give a special release as per your request Doc!

To tell you the truth, Bill has just logged in at TDDB forum after a long hibernation. But it's nice that he responded positively and gave a nod to make a public release of his latest based on your request Doc.
I personally call it YATE (Yet-Another-Toga-Engine) as it has some different options than his stronger brothers. It's unique and another interesting engine to tinker with for a change.
William H. Mowery Jr. or simply 'Bill' is the author of this engine, a 55 year-old Bible reader and C++ consultant ( and horse lover too). The engine LearningToga started with Toga 1.2.1 and has been tested by Daniel Charles at Superchessengine.com when he was still active. I assisted Bill in his development till we started TDDB (with Shaun, Thomas and the rest of the guys there). Thomas was the one who assisted in inserting the Shared Hash MP support in his engine which Bill later ported with multi-cpu option. Sad to say it didn't had luck exceeding the strength of Toga 1.4.1SE so no release was made. But, it's not harmful to give the public something to make it known.
Treat it as a Thanksgiving gift from Bill - DEEPLEARNINTOGA1.5.12
