Did Chessbase remove this feature in Fritz 11? It's listed in the help menu, but not listed in the menu bar.

This feature is no longer supported. The reason is, that the function does not work in Vista /Windows 7. Why you might ask ..., well it's because the feature relied on Microsoft NetMeeting. However Microsoft has discontinued NetMeeting and it is not available in Vista /Windows 7. So Chessbase dropped this feature from Fritz 11 GUI's. You can still use it in Windows XP with the Fritz 10 GUI.
