Ktulu is an alternate spelling of Cthulhu from H. P. Lovecraft's stories

And of course, isn't "Call Of Ktulu" the name of a Metallica song or album?

Yes but it was also the title of the short story by Lovecraft. and a role playing game, and and a card game, and a video game, but the Metallica version with the San Francisco Orchestra is my favorite version.

Rahman Paidar was indeed inspired by the Metallica song. The mistake is easily done. Iran and Hard Rock is not the most obvious combination to make.
Cheers,
