In the one link is the same crap and in the second link only for Linux

Wrong. The downloads from both links contain 3 compiles of Iggorit 0086 version2. The cygwin version works fine in windows and loads/runs OK in Fritz GUI.

cygwin means the windows version is a seriously handicapped linux version in disguise ?

I thing Matthias is quite right. The "new" version played dumb,especially in endgames.
With 4 cores against Rybka 3 (4 cores) I broke off the desaster after 12 games.
