Too bad it dies in infinite analysis. I would hope the
other ones don't, otherwise they're not worth the download. :)

IvanHoe v73 seems a lor more stable with infinite analysis! Has anyone
tried the Firebird one for several hours?

Looks like Ivanhoe is much more stable and previous version and even more so than w32 version but still Firebird and Ivanhoe hangs when I run Swisstest at around position 20-30 at 1 min setting. And in the evaluation, sometimes the number goes to 0.00 for two lines for a while before returning to normal value.

Ivanhoe, Iggorit and FB all have 99.999% same evaluation atm (this may change as ivanhoe is developed, i don't know if iggorit is being developed). i have to say the compile i downloaded from franklin t's site (unfortuntaley he was banned for some trivial reason) ftp://cygnitec.com/chess/engine/ --has been extremely stable and given me no problems. whether it's the fastest out there i don't know, but it's certainly fast enough. it's also got a smoother mpv than firebird. and in eng-eng games it never loses, ever. :D
