Hi Horst,

you should be able to create your own by creating new text files and naming them as:
empty.ctg
empty.ctb
empty.cto

Hi Graham, thank you for getting back to me,but i do not know how to do that. I tried going to notepad, but that only created a text file.

To make the book files as Graham Banks showed. You have to select 'All Files' as shown in the graphic, and then click 'save'.

Pay no attention to the 'about' file in the graphic. I was just saving Graham's tip.
