On which engine CyberNezh based?
Well, Rodent has been a source of inspiration, conceptually. I would look at Nezh as being rather based on great unsung attacking heroes from the past such Rashid Nezhmetdinov and Nicolas Rossolimo, with a nod to Tal and Alekhine's genius as well.
Its strength is substantial and it can take care of any opposition below 2800 Elo, be it human or engine. One of the goals was to reach a level of strength equal to or slightly stronger than the best human GMs. Even more important than strength is the swashbuckling, daring style, of course. Nezh is fearless and can take enormous risks in pursuit of winning. There's no 'draw death' to worry about.

Hats off to Alayan for not being afraid to take on Nezh. The lightning bolt is 14. Bh6!!, a move that leaves a lasting impression.
