It looks as though new account creation is disabled at the chess programming wiki site.

The main page (link) invites people to join, but there seems to be no way to do so!
Human chess is partly about tactics and strategy, but mostly about memory

I also would like to contribute a few references and links but did not yet figure out how to do that. Seems to be closed society.

That makes the three of us. IIRC, due to some technical issues, we need to ask someone to create account. I don't remember who though.
