Only 10 games (from 100) in my test. Scorpio 3.0.14d NNUE (net-scorpio-k16.bin) is not far from 3300 Elo points (on a single CPU). I'm sure. Nice version !

Maybe even if you don't want to use your GPU, install.bat automatically downloads GPU- parameters that don't fit your one (GPU), then installation in GUI doesn't work.
Try if scorpio.exe works in console, Daniel described some diagnostic steps here once, you already know the thread, read it till the end again:

forum3/viewtopic.php?p=852048#p852048

If it doesn't work in console neither, maybe you need special syntax for install.bat- commands, that was the case with e.g. my 3070ti, for this one,

...\install.bat --trt 72

solved my problems, but I don't think it will fit for your GPU as well neither, then only Daniel himself will be able to help.
Good luck with further trying regards
Peter.

How does the NN nets (gpu based ones) and NNUE in Scorpio compare, strength wise?

You can describe how to install an engine on a Fritz 17.

As I wrote in my posting:
scorpio.exe
(in directory ...\Scorpio\bin\Windows ) is the one to try in console just by double clicking it to see if it works.

scorpio.bat go quit

, as described by Daniel in the other thread, works only as a dos command given already in the correct directory.
First start dos- prompt, then cd ...
then
scorpio.bat go quit
That was not the way you did it according to your screenshot regards

I double-clicked on the file Scorpio.exe - a black window appeared for a moment and then disappeared.

Sorry for making it more compicated for you then before obviously
:)
scorpio.exe you can start by simply double- clicking it at the place it's stored (...\Scorpio\bin\Windows)
scorpio.bat go quit
demands a dos prompt, you have to start as an app of its own first , then cd ...\Scorpio\bin\Windows ("..." means full path to directory the scorpio.bat file is stored at your PC)
enter
then scorpio.bat go quit
enter

. If you can't make it so far, Krzysztof, you need somebody to help you by watching your screen online, I guess.
Good luck further on, I'm outa here for the moment regards
Peter.
