This one was a good until they reached this position.

Here Mephisto RISC II (Gideon 3.1) misevaluated the position and fell into a lost endgame by playing 56. Rd8 and displaying the eval 0.00

I regret to report that including more opponents did hurt CT800's performance. But it is still very close to 2500.

The CT800 is now available as an unofficial DIY upgrade for the DGT Centaur chess computer.

Details can be found here but you will have to translate the posts from German.

I have done the upgrade and it works well.
