Fritz 17 question
How can I restore the previous version (24)? I have recently updated to version 26 which corrupted tournament play.

Naturally at CB
It depends on your original version:
http://download.chessbase.com/updates/G ... x64_24.txt
http://download.chessbase.com/updates/G ... n10_24.txt
Just rename txt. to .exe and do the update to version 24.

I also had issues with Fritz 17 update 26, it would not save my pane layout. I restored update 24 from my own backup.Gabor Szots wrote: ↑Sat Jan 22, 2022 9:06 am How can I restore the previous version (24)? I have recently updated to version 26 which corrupted tournament play.

Re: Fritz 17 question
Did you make it yourself or does it save it automatically somewhere?

Re: Fritz 17 question
I used my own Acronis backup to restore the appropriate Chessbase folders.Gabor Szots wrote: ↑Sat Jan 22, 2022 2:15 pmDid you make it yourself or does it save it automatically somewhere?

Is there a way to find those update links manually from Chessbase.com? If not, how did you find the links?Gerda Voss wrote: ↑Sat Jan 22, 2022 11:39 am Naturally at CB![]()
