I thought Hans gave a great interview today. Very entertaining!

I saw the interview and it was GREAT, I liked it when he said that the Uber eat guy said to him this Order speaks for itselfCornfedForever wrote: ↑Sun Oct 09, 2022 11:53 pmYes, he is quite the creature of extremes. You never know what you are going to get with that 'box of chocolates'!
Now Carlsen will accuse GM Pragg of cheating after Blundering his Knight in a simple endgame, and losing to him for the Fourth times ==>

Re: Carlsen withdrawal after loss to Niemann
So, I was checking Round 7 of the European Chess Club Cup....
Parham Maghsoodloo vs Magnus Carlsen. It was a draw.
I guess that blows a hole in any belief some might hold that Magnus simply refuses to play against known (online) cheaters.
I may be leaving out some options, but does this show of his personal ban on Hans:
1. It is a personal ban which applies to playing Hans in online events only?
2. It is a personal ban for all types of events? Perhaps the snapping of his winning streak stung that much?
3. Magnus is being selective in which (known/admitted online) cheaters he will play against?

The “Brazilian” has published an article on Medium about aCPL and rating and what it says about Niemann.
I’d like to add a few thousand players to his dataset, but my resources are flat out on NNUE related work. As it stands, the data doesn’t yet support his conclusions.

Fat Titz by Stockfish, the engine with the bodaciously big net. Remember: size matters. If you want to learn more about this engine just google for "Fat Titz".

Carlsen accused GM Hans of NOT even looking at the board while playing, but GM Hans practiced playing a lot of chess without even looking at the board ==>dkappe wrote: ↑Mon Oct 10, 2022 3:40 am The “Brazilian” has published an article on Medium about aCPL and rating and what it says about Niemann.

I am pretty sure when I joined this forum, I had to use my real name. Maybe things have changed since. The point was so that people would not post anonymously for obvious reasons. When people are anonymous they tend to be ruder and more trollish. I see you joined this forum this year so maybe the rules have changed? I have to admit it is hard to take someone seriously with a name like CornfedForever, especially when that person starts talking about clowns!CornfedForever wrote: ↑Sun Oct 09, 2022 10:36 pmI understand your need to escape from your own comments, but I'll answer your latest attempt anyway: No. And I don't know why you might have been told that.M ANSARI wrote: ↑Sun Oct 09, 2022 9:52 pmAnd so says the person with CornfedForever as his name. By the way, when I joined this forum, I was told I had to use my real name! When did this change? Of course if that is your real name then my apologies, just that it doesn't seem to be a name someone would be called.CornfedForever wrote: ↑Sun Oct 09, 2022 9:41 pmThere are clowns out there who will say such things...and clowns who will repeat the few who say them. Funny ... really funny! Hans Nieman is a cheater and fraud and eventually this will be clear and everyone who got fooled will wonder how on earth they did not see the obvious signs. I am even more sure that Hans Nieman cheated over the board in some of his games than I was with Ivanov. It was obvious then, but people will always dissect the obvious and if you look hard enough at a circle ... maybe twist the paper a little ... squint one eye ... and twist your head a little ... it might just possibly start looking like a square.
I do not know if he is a cheater OTB and it is not a clear case like Ivanov.
I am speaking in general of course, not referring to anyone in particular...just seems like an appropriate opportunity to remind everyone.

Some people don't even put their full name there. Those are the ones breaking the rules.

GM Dlugy on Carlsen-Niemann
https://en.chessbase.com/post/gm-dlugy- ... en-niemannChessbase wrote: While the World Champion made his position on Hans Niemann quite clear, a later Tweet openly suggested that GM Dlugy had had a role in it as Hans Niemann's 'mentor'. Shortly thereafter, Chess.com shared emails with Dlugy with the press. GM Dlugy has now released a very long and detailed statement regarding multiple aspects, including the accusations as well as his role and impressions of Hans Niemann.
