I bought a chess engine Deep Junior Yokohama. Unfortunately, the program fails and throws an error. Please write if anyone knows how to fix this engine to work properly. Thanks in advance for any information.

I get the same problem using a Threadripper CPU. I contacted Chessbase and Hiarcs since I bought a copy of Junior from each. Neither could help.

Thank you very much for your invaluable advice. You are right that on the Intel processor it works and on the AMD processor it does not.

I don't know when you bought it, but version 13.8.04 apparently fixed some problems:

(But you probably bought it recently, so I would hope you got the final version.)

Thank you for your answer. I bought it recently. It works with an Intel processor, but not with an AMD one.

I have an AMD Ryzen 7 Mobile 4800H and I have never had a problem with it in Windows 8 or 10.

I have a processor Threadripper AMD.

I confirm it's working on a Ryzen 3950X but not Threadripper. Very odd.
