Lozza web UIs

I've brought the Lozza web UIs up to date with the help of Claude Code. I particularly like what he did with the console.

When playing a game you can jump to the analysis UI with the current position and visa versa.

All UIs have optional url params. Click the Help buttons for info.

UI work is just graft (to me) (hence getting out of date) but now CC is involved I'd be happy to make changes.

The UIs are runing Lozza 9 which is not released as an engine itself yet.

Only real changes are hash and multi pv options as requested by some users.

Prob not great on mouseless devices atm.
