Thank you for the program. When conducting a match between two engines, the program can only save the last game. Is it possible to make it save the whole match games? Best Regards

Thank you for trying LINEACHESS! The program actually does save all games from a match, not just the last one. Every game is automatically appended to a single PGN file as the match progresses.

You can find your match PGN files here — just paste this into Windows Explorer's address bar:

%LOCALAPPDATA%\LINEACHESS\matches

Each match creates a file like match_20260419_150700.pgn containing all games with round numbers, player names, and full move histories.

In the next update (v2.02) we've also added a dialog that pops up when a match finishes, showing you exactly where the file was saved with an "Open Folder" button so you don't have to search for it.

Best regards

We have released a version 3.0 Of Lineachess GUI + UCI Engine :

Mainly fixing some engine bugs and improving the endgame of the engine, the interface and the functionality is unchanged:
https://drive.google.com/file/d/17PGPEY ... sp=sharing

Also ,to celebrate reaching the cap of a 1000 games being played on www.playchessgate.com and on the request tof the PicoChess Community, we have for the first time tried to develop a standalone UCI engine for one of our Personalities, that means incorporating the personality style layer and knowledge with an engine in one finished UCI. We had to transport all of the JSON files to binaries and make the code work, we are not 100 % sure it is exactly the same as the Desktop version, since we took the newly buit lineachess engine as a baseline for this UCI engine. We chose the Godfather of the Project because the fascination for his playing style started it all : Anatoly Karpov As Chessgate Karpov v 3.3 :

Feel free to test, hapy to recieve feedback . Best regards Arne
