TC is close to being unusable now. Same here, often a 403 - Forbidden.
Hydrogenaudio just recently got optimized, maybe you could as there as well. https://hydrogenaudio.org/index.php/topic,129756.0.html

Good news. Many people forget this is a volunteer forum provided free of charge by people who can't just drop everything to sort out any issues. So we all have to be patient and give them time. And this forum has historically been a target, unlike smaller forums.
