What might be the cause of this? Is the forum under constant DOS attacks? Or is it a flaky VPS?

I've been getting the same error msg all week. Half the time I'm logged out when I've not logged out. And the system seems to be getting less and less accessible all the time.

This site has Hiarcs Images linked by insecure HTTP instead of HTTPS and other elements that are also causing issues. Status error 403.

Occasionally (1% off time) site is fast even with 2000 users. Why?
