Not sure if this is the proper place to ask, or if it should be one of the other fora.
It is stated here https://computerchess.org.uk/ that CCRL calibrates its hardware using SF 10 on an i7-4770k . However I could not find what the reference bench is. Can anyone enlighten me?
Thanks!

The reference is Stockfish 10's default bench (16 MB hash, 1 thread, depth 13, the built-in positions) with no arguments. On the reference i7-4770K, it yields a total time of 2,054 ms and 3,939,338 nodes. This comes from the CCRL announcement "Modernising Our Lists Stage 2" (January 2020).
To calculate your time control: (your bench time / 2054) * 15 minutes for 40/15, and apply the same factor for other lists.
When running several games at once, the benchmark can be performed in parallel under the same load.
I wrote a small script that does this automatically (supports Windows and Linux, with no dependencies):https://github.com/Tors3/CCRL_ScirptsTe ... l_bench.py
However, I recommend checking out TorsGUI if you want to measure using a GUI that automatically picks the best Stockfish 10 build for your CPU. https://github.com/Tors3/TorsGUI-CCRL
