you may move the threads, but the timing of these bannings demands that at least one thread discusses the issue in main CCC forum.

Matthias.
You may discuss it in the CTF.........if you want to............

;-)

Christopher
It makes no sense to discuss CCC interests primarily in the CTF !
Are you the one banning the people ?

Matthias.
My engine was quite strong till I added knowledge to it.

the point of moving the thread is not to hide anything..Matthias
the discussion involves around account deactivation's which is not a Computer Chess Topic
The Help Forum is exactly the place for the discussion
any one can easily access the help forum and i don't see why anyone need assume that the CCC mods are eager to delete anything
in fact we have been criticised for not deleting enough

this is my opinion speaking as one moderator

Steve,

you can lock this thread and leave it in main CCC as few people read help sub-forum.
Frank and Milos were banned in CTF, and forum software prevents them from posting in CCC, it seems.

There are also problems with CTF, which I would like to see eliminated. If someone gets banned over there, they are banned over here automatically since there is only one "ban" mechanism that bans one from everything or from nothing. So we end up with users causing problems in CTF and then being unable to post here, and vice-versa, which further adds to the confusion. We've not done much in the way of banning here that I am aware of, although the CTF moderators have had some problems to deal with.
