Re: Report on 8th Freestyle Qualifier
Thanks alot for posting the report, Arno. It is very much appreciated.
Making 5.0/9 finishing in 28th place is not so bad at all.

Re: Report on 8th Freestyle Qualifier
Isn't it over now. So what happened? Where can one find the results and games for the final rounds?

Re: Report on 8th Freestyle Qualifier
It takes some time, before a complete report will be published on ChessBase.com and CSS-site with downloads etc.
Here is the table:
http://80.237.188.74/rooms/freestyle.htm
Much information to be find on rybka-forum and on css-site (mostly in German)

Re: Report on 8th Freestyle Qualifier
I never understood this: human games in tournaments are almost always available for viewing or download almost immediately after they play, while these "freestyle" games, where the moves are ALREADY entered into a computer database as part of the actual game playing itself, takes forever to become available for download. Delay in the reports and analyses I can understand, but why the delay in making the actual games available??
