Am I doing something daft?

Hello all, To get Mobile ThinkerBoard beta 0.2.0019 on my
Pocket PC what I do is:
1. go to the download site at http://www.geocities.com/thechessthinker/index.html
and download the program
2. Extract it to 'My Documents' on my PC
3. Copy and paste it to a folder I've created in 'My Documents'
on my Pocket PC.

The program works with no opening book.
I'd really appreciate any guidance here from someone who can
tell me what I'm doing wrong, ie, why is there no opening book.
