Arena book error

I created an empty Arena book and tried to insert the following line:

1.c4 Nf6 2.Nc3 e6 3.e4 c5 4.e5 Ng8 5.Nf3 Nc6 6.d4 cxd4 7.Nxd4 Nxe5 8.Qa4 Nf6 9.Ndb5 Ng6 10.h4 h5 11.Bd3 Bc5 12.b4 Be7 13.Bxg6 fxg6 14.Bf4

As a result, I got all the moves in the book *except* 8.Nf6. What the hell is going on? A hash collision?

I have been using Arena 1.1. Can anyone reproduce this error and/or provide a solution other than disabling Flohr-Mikenas system for Black?

Yes,this is a well known error and nothing can be done about it....
I also use Arena 1.1 and I have my own opening book developing it for years till now,but it's not released yet,it's private and only 2-3 users can use it....so many times I've noticed this annoying bug,in a 20 move opening line hand tuned a move mysteriously disappear and can't be played even if you add it again and again,don't ask me,I don't know why
