The current HIARCS, Chess Genius, and Chess Tiger are all compatible with the Tungsten C. HIARCS claims they gain 160 ELO running on the 400MHz Tungsten C compared to the 144MHz Tungsten E.

Please, bring your neglected Tungsten C out of the drawer and into the light!

I am aware of the fact that Palm Hiarcs 9.6 would run faster on the Tungsten C than on the Tungsten E. But since manual testing is a time-consuming endeavour, and since both Palm Hiarcs and Chess Tiger in their present state are rather old; I prefer to wait for a new version until I test any of them on the Tung C. And just for the record: R.Lang has been asked about a possible test, and he wasn't interested in having the Chess Genius tested/rated on more platforms; such as the Tungsten C. Remember also that it takes approx. half a year to manually play the 100 needed tournament games! Should I waste hundreds of hours of manual effort, just to see a new significantly stronger and updated engine halfway to the 100-mark?

There is also some more limiting factors that should be considered. I have several other machines that I testplay with just now, and I'm just an ordinary man with an ordinary life (girlfriend, job and other hobbies/interests). That means that I'm not a chess-robot with unlimited time for testplay; even though its highly probable that I testplay more manually than an ordinary man. I can assure you that playing for example four simultanous manual meetings (something which I have tried), is something that easily makes you a human piece-moving robot with zero time over for anything else to be done. Something that can't be considered practical.
