Problem trying to buy ticket for WC on FoidosChess

I've tried to buy a ticket several times , but always get the same error message..............

Server Error in '/' Application.

The username is already in use


I'm using my username that I registered.........
Same error message with Firefox , and IE

I emailed the help desk , and though they promised to get back to me , I never got any solution.

Any ideas ??

The username should have been the email address that you registered with. Also you should have recieved a link via email with the login page. Lastly if you were just trying to buy a ticket, then maybe they were sold out for the day.
