It's hard to get enough of an idea about it from a casual glance through the write-up in the link.
If, for example, you were saying it is a very strong program and it beat Kasparov, and it has strong openings and is great in tactics etc, this would not be explaining why it is any better than Fritz 3.
In a similar way, this write-up is also not saying too much either!

The price is rather high, and the first thing _I_ want to know is how it might compare to Rybka 3 in playing strength and features. And after I know that, I'd be interested in what ELSE it has, and how well these other things are improved over earlier versions etc.

They can't say that, so they just copy and paste what they said for Fritz 11 and change one line.

Fritz it´s one of my favorite engines. I did not buy Fritz 11 because
he did not use more than one core, and I was waiting for Deep Fritz 11
for 1 year, I am curious to know about it´s new style.
I do not understand why you just speak in Rybka, everyone knows that she is the
best engine, but I can amuse myself with others. Maybe I will buy the new versions
of Hiarcs, Shredder, Naum, Junior and others, If you permit.

Yeah, current engines should focus in style, if DF11 is a stronger DF10 in style, I'll buy it, if it's a stronger F11 in style, I won't.
