Chessbase 8 update

Where can I find the Chessbase 8 update? I cannot find it anywhere, including in the Chessbase website.

Found an update for Jan. 2004. Interesting that C8 doesn't support UCI engines.

Yah -- I couldn't believe it did not support UCI when I bought it.... I figure IF I buy chessbase again I'll wait till version 56. U found an update You got the link?

It will update Chessbase 8 to Jan. 12 2004.
Copy the c8.iup file in the same folder where Chessbase 8.0 folder is located and run the IUpgrade.exe to execute the upgrade.

Have you tried the free Chessbase 2007 or SCID?
