IMHO, 11. cxd4 is the only move. White must continue with the attack, and this is the best move to keep the initiative. Other move like 11. Ng5 with the idea of Nxh7+ is too slow.
How long does it take for your chess engine to find 11. cxd4?

Junior 5........plays Ng5....

but Junior 10 plays......cxd4 right away and keeps it ...!!
