David Levy proposed a change in rules of the world computer Chess championship(WCCC) of limited hardware up to 8 cores instead of allowing the freedom to use any hardware someone can afford, a rule that was used until now.
What is your opinion?

Everyone should come with the biggest gun he can afford,that's my opinion and that's the way of the future progress
