Is Spike 1.2 still the strongest free FRC chess program

It has been more than 2 years since the release of Spike 1.2 turin and as far as I know it is still the strongest Free FRC chess960 program available. Or is it :?:

No it's not, Fruit and Glaurung 2.2 have surpassed it
