I was kicked out of Chapters because I moved all the Bibles to the fiction section.

So you don't mind for shredder, or junior, or ...

Maybe you are sure you are already ahead ?

Maybe it could well appear that you were a little presumptuous ?

According to the all the ratings, Naum is the only engine out there that can challenge Rybka. Rybka is way ahead of Naum, and then Naum itself is ahead of the rest by a big margin.

As for Sjeng, it manged to win the WCCC blitz in Beijing against the Rybka cluster.

So, historically, it looks like Naum and Sjeng are the only ones at the moment that could prevent another walkover by Rybka at the CCT. The CCT is not a crippled 8-core limited tournament.

I don't know about you, but I am really exited at the way Rybka has advanced computer chess. Without a serious challenge, we may not see another progress.

I actually think Thinker is going to give a lot of stronger engines a good fight... and it will be Rybka's nemesis and a dark horse the whole tourney.

I see that the hardware for Thinker listed there is 2.9 GHZ, I wonder why it's going to use single Cpu when it already supports MP (it does?).

This CCT is definitely an interesting tournament. A lots of stronger engines in there already. I hope a lot more join in a 5 days time. I recall that there was massive registeration in the last few days before the deadline in previous CCT's.
