Why Anand has a higher IPS rating than Levon Aronian ?

Why Anand has a higher IPS rating than Levon Aronian in Chess960, but he has never beaten the World Chess960 Champion Aronian in a Chess960 match? Was Anand automatically given this high IPS chess960 rating based on his FIDE normal rating or what. Kamsky GATA also show a higher IPS rating than Nakamura, but in reality Kamsky is much weaker in chess960 than Levon Aronian and GM Nakamura.

This time I will switch to Chess960. Lets suppose that Peter Leko and Peter Svidler has not become Chess960 World Champion yet. Based on their ages and rating, some people will argue that the these two players do NOT have a chance of becoming Chess960 World Champion, since they are so far in rating behind the champion GM Nakamura who is only 21 and has an IPS Chess rating of 2826. But I would say that age and rating do not have nothing to do with the possibility of becoming World Champion, and that even Anand or Gata Kamsky who is 36 years old can still become Chess960 Champion
