Tornado 3.11 first rating in the UEL: 2498 (3.07: 2398, 204 rated games).

+100 elo look likes good

but this version have even a bug in eval, i fixed this with 3.12, hope then more then +100 improvements

Hi Engin,

In this tournament, Tornado 3.11 had good results.

Version 3.12 can not come in the UEL befor 5 days.
