CCRL blitz match from shredder 5.32 v fritz 7 match. Unusual position indeed.

Shredder as white gaves up 2 minor pieces for a free go pass for his 6 passed pawns! :lol: But lost at the end. Rybka 3 gives this position around -0.40 other engines are not as kind :!: Is this position hopeless for white?

Yes, white is toast. Maybe some engines evaluate King safety in favor of white but the opposite is true. The black King is totally safe and the white King will soon come under heavy attack.

The pawns are still on whites side of board, hardly worth worrying about.
