"RATED Time" in Arena?

Can anybody tell me what the "RATED Time" in Arena Automatic Analysis mode, mean exactly?

Do they match TimeSum in ChessGUI 0.174 ?
If so, rated time per FEN is latest time best move was found and confirmed till timeout. If best move was not found and confirmed till timeout, rated time is the allocated time for that FEN.

Thanks. Yes, I had the same assumption.

I began getting curious about whether this assumption was right when Bob asked me what the "Rated Time" meant, when I posted the results from Crafty.
