The obvious names are Pocket Grandmaster, CEBoard, and then Pocket Fritz. That said, I would strongly recommend checking out SCID for Pocket PC. There is a newer commercial release that supports Robbo. SCID for PPC is already quite amazing, but Robbo is easily 200 Elo above the next strongest PPC engine available. It isn't even close.
