CCT 12: New entrants

Post by Peter Skinner »

Hello everyone,

Jabba by Richard Allbert
mathmoi by Mathieu Pagé
Sjeng by Gian Carlo Pascutto
Almond by Richard Hall
Scorpio by Daniel Shawul

Have all entered CCT 12.

There is also a new registration form on the CCT website. This should make it easier for people to register for the event, and will also allow me to keep entrants in a database for the coming years. (If their information stays the same. i.e. email, program name)

Please remember that registration for the event ends on February 14, 2010. This is to ensure that accounts are created and people have time to test their setups on the server before tournament day. So please register as early as possible.

Why would Rybka be out of it?

They usually enter last minute :)

Almond is a 1800-1900 program by Richard Hall. He comes to us from Michigan, USA.

I really don't know much about the program other than what I have heard from Jim Ablett.

Great to see new talent enter the event!

Sadly Peter Lukas did post that they probably will not play as his Cluster is not available that weekend. Maybe they will find an alternative. The rest of the list is growing nicely :)

It is growing quite well :)

I did send emails to Amir and Stefan to see if they were entering, but I haven't heard back from either.

Since I know both don't read the forums much, I usually send them an email giving them the info and hoping they enter.

As Junior and Hiarcs are by far my favorite two commercial programs, one is entered and the other is in the wind.. :)

I'm hoping for both to play!!

If it is from Michigan, it must be very good. :-)

I don't care who else joins before registering. Never have, never will.

I didn't enter myself as I am away skying in the Alps during the tournament. But Suj asked if he could enter Sjeng and I'm obviously fine with that.

Have fun skiing. Hope Sjeng does well.

Peter

EDIT: Though actually I hope that the 1800-1900 program wins :D.
