I am wondering if there is a freeware gui that lists mpv with each pv as a variation.(like fritz and chessbase does.) I know that the jose databse gui does but it is buggy and crashes alot. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you,
Steve

Edit: PS: their web page kind of sucks, but their GUI is cool

What do you mean, 'lists'? Store it in the PGN?
WinBoard displays all PVs of a multi-PV engine in the Engine-Output window.

Well, in the engine-output window WinBoard always displays all lines the engine sends. So when the engine is running in multi-PV mode, and sends several lines for each depth, WinBoard displays them all.
If you use the development version, they will even appear sorted by score (for each depth), no matter in what order the engine sent them.

Scid also seems to serve this purpose if I am not mistaken.

Re: Freeware gui that lists each pv
I would in fact be very surprised if there is any GUI that would NOT show it. Free or commercial... It is GUIs main task to show what the engine does, not?
I think WinBoard is in general superior for this, because the engie output is in a separate window, which you can easily size to accomodate your needs. So seeing 25, or even 40 variations would be no problem at all. (And you can always select a smaller font there...
