Concerning Deep Sjeng 3.0

With Deep Sjeng 1.0 (which I do not have, btw), there is a persed.exe - a personality editor. A couple of questions for anyone who would care to answer them:

1.Can this .exe be run in/under Deep Sjeng 3.0 to reset parameters?
2.Under Fritz GUI when pushing the "Load" button, DeepSjeng 3.0 looks for a DeepSjeng.param file like the multiple Shredder .param files.

Deep Sjeng 1.x personalities are not supported in later Deep Sjeng versions.
