It has become unsolvable now since there is no allowed combination left between any of the four engines Jazz, ECE, Chesley, and ICE. So two of these could be paired with Jabba and PLP but the remaining two would form an "illegal" team!
Allowing a combined total up to 4473 (instead of 4463) would help ...

... unless someone selects Jabba+PLP in one team, or Chesley and ICE not in one team, then it would still be broken.
Probably you should also define a minimum for the combined total next time, and both limits together should be as "safe" as possible, such that it is unlikely a member's choice can break it. You might need a program to solve that ...
