Team Tournament for CCC Members

This will be open to the first eight members to choose a team of two engines from the following list.
The total combined ELO of your two engines must not exceed 4455.

I will play the tournament as a double round robin at the CCRL 40/40 adapted time control (30 rounds).

These are the engines left to choose from. Your combined total should now not exceed 4463 (adjusted based on engines left).

It has become unsolvable now since there is no allowed combination left between any of the four engines Jazz, ECE, Chesley, and ICE. So two of these could be paired with Jabba and PLP but the remaining two would form an "illegal" team!

Allowing a combined total up to 4473 (instead of 4463) would help ...

... unless someone selects Jabba+PLP in one team, or Chesley and ICE not in one team, then it would still be broken.

Probably you should also define a minimum for the combined total next time, and both limits together should be as "safe" as possible, such that it is unlikely a member's choice can break it. You might need a program to solve that ...
