RobboLito and Some Things You Don't Question.....

Post by geots »

RobboLito 0.10 SMP w32 vs. DeepSaros ver.2.3j

Some things you don't spend, or maybe waste, much time considering the "hows" and the "whys" of. I looked at the number of draws in this match, and nothing in the 40 or 50 "50-game" matches I have shown you the results of come close to this. This is about as close as you will get to all games being drawn.

There are a number of possible reasons- but I rather favor the one that says: "It just did." You decide.

1CPU/32bit
128MB hash
Bases=NONE
Ponder_Learning=OFF
Perfect 12.32 book w/12-move limit
40/3 Repeating
Match=50 games

RobboLito 0.10 SMP w32......+7........+7/-6/=37......51.00%......25.5/50

DeepSaros ver.2.3j...............-7.........+6/-7/=37......49.00%......24.5/50

Whatever the reason- not much separates these 2 in a "head-up" match.

On my way,

It doesn't really. I saw a similar post by him dated Oct. 2010 on Immortal. Take what Munter says with a grain of salt. He has his reasons- one would think.
