Houdini 2.0c? & Critter 1.4? Take Shots-Give Shots?

Houdini 2.0c w32 vs. Critter 1.4 32-bit


These 2 engines never cease to amaze me. Again, as I stated earlier, they are just on a completely different planet from the rest- be it commercial or freeware.

The last 50-game match between them ended with Houdini winning games 49 & 50 to scrape by: 14 - 13. This match, tho the score was different- was similar. Houdini pulled away a bit after 40 games. Anyway.....................

The final score/outcome is moot, and always will be between these 2. I imagine any further matches between them will be 64-bit, assuming there will be any. Not sure of the point, as this match was run to confirm something I had come to suspect.

Vida is more than capable to surpass Houdini 2....Believe me he's up to the task....

As for Houdini 3,it's too early to speculate about it's current strength....
