But all it does is win matches and just keep on winning them. Are there any theories floating around out there about confusing a chess engine opponent till it doesn't know "up" from "down"? Soon I will run out of Ivanhoes to throw at it. I just knew a couple of these Ivanhoes would not lose- no way. But lose they did. Crap!

I am sorry, but there will be NO PGNs MADE AVAILABLE to the public from the games and matches played by Engine 40x. Please understand it was not my choice to make.
Below are the complete sets of PGNs for Ivanhoe-Komodo,Ivanhoe-Stockfish & Ivanhoe-Rybka 4.1 matches:
DAMN! Is there anything I can do without having to admit a mistake. In the specs for the matches I accidentally pasted in the template from the Rybka matches. IGNORE IT please. Trust me- this aint Rybka.
What kind of chess program is 'Engine 40x' ?
Who is the Author ? Probably its a private engine ?!
Is it MP engine version ?
I am interested too to test this Engine 40x version
Best Regards,
Sedat
Hi Sedat. Yes, it is a private engine, in a manner of speaking. For my part, I would be glad to let you test it- but I'm not the one pulling the strings.

Really, there was a time when I might not have run an engine under these circumstances. But I am for anything new. Is it just me, or have you noticed that updates from the top 4 or 5 engines are not coming nearly as fast as they used to. Have they hit the proverbial brick wall?
