Houdini 3 - how much stronger than Houdini 2.Z?

Surprisingly there have been found some special settings for Houdini 2.c and in this way Houdini 2.Z became stronger than Houdini 2.c by approximately 20 ELO points. Why this version is not tested on the IPON, I'm pretty sure it will reach the 3050 rating that Robert Houdart had mentioned about Houdini 3's performance. I wonder how stronger will be Houdini 3 compared to Houdini 2.Z? Best regards!
