In one respect, all 16 engines in this group were winners. I cannot remember the last time in a 2 cycle- 16 engines RR, all 16 engines scored in double figures. They should all be applauded, but in the end, only 2 of them survived to play another day.

Let me say here it may be time to put Pepito into retirement for me. For those not aware, the rule in the beginning was time losses were gifts- and could not be replayed. Thankfully, none of Pepito's time losses had any effect on the outcome of the RR. Except for one glaring time loss to Anatoli in Rd. 24, any others were at a point where Houdini could not have taken over for him and salvaged a draw. There were not really that many anyway, but all the rest he was 5, 6 or 7 points down when he decided to throw in the towel.
