Snow, blizzard, super cold & Java tests in IASI

Post by Sylwy »

A suberb weather here ! Superb is a little word !

Because of our extremely dears CEGT-CCRL-IPON are interested only in Schwarzy chess engines I do a test : 7 weak Java. Only Eden 0.0.13 was seriously tested by CCRL (1375 ELO -4/40).

After 70 games here is the cross-table:

All these engines play chess and can support a tournament !

Well, from IASI and IASI county three images from today:

Thanks God !

Using the GPS of my car I have found my above yesterday post ! I think that's because of the blizzard. Or maybe because of the hard restrictions and the attempts to control the human brains in the post-industrial era. Even in CCC !
Well, were not much games. Most of chess engines have been at sky together with some girls !

Have a pleasant listening from the agencies !

Hello CCC folks !

Being (still) in boycott  only few comments:

-the below cross-table show us the hierarchy of the little school boys & girls of Java chess family. All these engines can play chess and support a tournament.
Well, they are also a number of other weak Java chess engines.......but, or they are extremely weak or full of bugs ( illegal moves, a bad time management, plays only with blacks......). These damned Java engines are:

-DeepDuke 1.0.0
-Talvmeni 0.1
-Animats Chess rev23
-Pyotr 2.6 Novice
-Pyotr 0.6 Amateur
-Tiffanys 0.5
-Pos 1.20
-Chess4j 1.2
-WSpeirs Chess 001
-DokChess 0.1 rev50
-BlackAndRight
-ChessNovice R0.03
-Tursas 0.2

Like marker in my tournament: Eden 0.0.13 has 1375 ELO on CCRL (4/40) - the single tested by the CCRL scientists !

The cross-table:

The next month I'll do a test with all superior (over 1700 ELO) pure Winboard Java chess engines (updated with the new engines and versions - Cupcake 1.1a of Maestro Dan - first of all) !

Like a darling winter bonus:

A nice blizzard (of love) to everybody here !
