Arena bug on UCI options
Found two bugs while working on deuterium uci, the word name is missing after setoption. Tested in both Arena 3.0 and 3.5. Hope Arena team will notice this.
Currently I implemented a hack so I still able to read the value especially for UCI_Opponent option.
