Giancarlo Delli Colli is dead, after a long illness.

I can't explain in english but he has been a friend and a very good person.

Too sad - he was quite young. I met him in Turin 2006, and he organized some sight seeing a day before the WCCC. May he rest in peace.

A very bad news.

I met Giancarlo in Pamplona 2009 during the WCCC blitz tournament.

After the tournament I could share dinner with several programmers and one was Giancarlo with whom I could communicate easily since he spoke Spanish. I had a great impression of Giancarlo. Then I shared some emails with him and hoped to see him one day in Rome.
