Leela Chess Zero Plugin download for Ceres?

Anyone know where you can download an LC0.dll plugin for Ceres? I am following the requirements for Ceres at this github location that tells me it's required but for some strange reason don't provide it.

If you read the new release notes and versions - the .dll is no longer required.

I just download and install lc0, from here https://github.com/LeelaChessZero/lc0/releases
then install the Ceres download package into the same folder .. and it works.
