Definitly. Passing 3600 SPCC Elo and being stronger than Stockfish final HCE is impressive.

The head-to-head vs Stockfish final HCE was also won:
Seer 2.6.0 vs. Stockfish final HCE : 1000 (+208,=647,-145), 53.1 %


Not long ago, this Stockfish crushed any opponent badly...

Nice, that Seers runs without problems in Fritz GUI! Note, that Seer is 100 MB and SF classic 1 MB.
