My windows 10 system detected a virus in the BlackCore-bmi2-win.exe file.

If it's the windows defender smartscreen there is nothing to worry about. If you still feel uncertain about it you can check it on virustotal, which for me shows that 0 AV out of the 71 detects it as a virus.
